Hey there! I’m Michelle - a 40-something mom of three, who finally learned to ditch the scale and love her body!
I work with parents to find solutions for weight loss that fit into the hustle and bustle of their everyday life without breaking the bank.
I’ve been running my business since 2015 and I’ve served over 100 people to date.

I’m a Master Certified Ultimate Portion Fix Coach, teaching a simple, no calorie-counting, portion-control container system that helps people overcome their biggest obstacles relating to eating habits such as sugar addition. I specialize in family friendly solutions on a budget. I've been featured twice on the local news for demonstrating effective meal planning for those short on time and budget as well as in an informational video for one of the home-based workout programs I offer my clients.
To date, I’ve completed over 15 full home-based fitness programs ranging from pilates/yoga to high-intensity, weight lifting training, all with a bad knee and scoliosis. These solutions have not only helped me lose (and maintain) my own 20 lb weight loss, but my clients too!
